Comarch ERP Optima Invoices is a module dedicated to service companies, which facilitates the support of trade transactions. Thanks to full integration with other modules, data flow in the program is unlimited, which streamlines the support of payments and accounting processes.

The Comarch ERP Optima Invoices module makes it possible to:

  • Issue sales invoices and purchase invoices
  • Print sales documents on a receipt printer for natural persons
  • Handle transactions in PLN and other currencies
  • Issue correcting documents (corrections of data, quantity, value (price), VAT rate, collective correction/discount)
  • Sell/purchase goods using either standard payment forms (cash, bank transfer or compensation) or others defined by the user
  • Keep a record of services, customers and vendors
